Oberlehenhof / Lechnerdorfgasse 7 / 5710 Kaprun, Österreich. Our organic farm is located on the Lechnerberg, surrounded by meadows and the impressive mountains of Salzburger Land.
From the Oberlehenhof, you can reach the centre of Kaprun in around ten minutes on foot. Restaurants, shops and village life are therefore all close by.
Free private parking spaces are available directly at the Oberlehenhof. No reservation is required. Simply arrive relaxed and start your holiday in Kaprun without having to search for a parking space.
Your apartment will be ready for you from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival. Check-in is possible until 8:00 pm. So that we can welcome you personally, please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your apartment by 10:00 am.
Check-out is possible from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
In our three cosy apartments Sieben Berge, Imbachhorn and Lechnerberg, you will find everything you need for relaxing holiday days at the organic farm in Kaprun. Look forward to your own kitchen, cosy dining areas and a balcony overlooking the surrounding nature.

There is plenty for children to discover at the Oberlehenhof. Our small playground with trampoline, the meadow and the animals at the farm will make children's hearts beat faster and invite them to play and explore.
We don´t offer a classic breakfast buffet. On request, you can use our bread roll service and have fresh bread and pastries delivered directly to your door. Depending on the season, there are also fresh eggs, organic milk and homemade products from the farm - for a relaxed start to your holiday day.
Our drinking water comes from our own Alpine spring. Enriched with Grander water revitalisation, it is available to you throughout the house. A piece of nature directly from the Oberlehenhof - fresh and local.
Even on holiday, you sometimes want to be online. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house - whether for planning your next hike, sharing holiday memories or simply relaxing.
A deposit by bank transfer is required before your arrival. The local tax is not included in the accommodation price. It is charged separately and is based on the regulations of the local tourism association.
The Ortsmitte bus stop is about an eight-minute walk away. In winter, the ski bus stops only around 50 metres from the Oberlehenhof and takes you comfortably to the ski areas.This means you can also discover Kaprun and the surrounding area easily without a car.
Many beautiful excursion destinations await you around the Oberlehenhof. Discover Kaprun Castle, Vötter's Vehicle Museum or the Sigmund Thun Gorge. For families, the Alpine Coaster Maisiflitzer and llama trekking offer varied experiences. Tauern Spa, the Maiskogel and the mountains around the Kitzsteinhorn are also easily accessible.
