THE OBERLEHENHOF
Thirty hectares of land, twenty cows and a home that has grown through generations. The Oberlehenhof has been part of the family since 1866. Today, Hans-Peter and Theresa continue to run the organic farm with great dedication - together with Andreas and the next generation.When you stay with us, you are not simply staying next to a farm. You are right in the middle of it all - surrounded by meadows, animals, fresh mountain air and the natural rhythm of farm life.

Three cosy apartments in Kaprun - each with its own kitchen, dining area and balcony overlooking the Kaprun mountains. Plenty of space, Wi-Fi throughout the house and free parking directly at the organic farm ensure a relaxing stay.

THE ORGANIC FARM
Hans-Peter and Ludwig are happy to open the stable door. If you like, you can help with feeding; if not, you can watch from the balcony. For children, there is a playground with a small petting zoo.

Some of the food on your table during your holiday at the Oberlehenhof comes directly from our own organic farm: fresh eggs and organic milk from our own agriculture. This allows you to enjoy regional products while also gaining a little insight into life on the farm.
On request, we can also place fresh bread and pastries right outside your door in the morning.

KAPRUN
The Oberlehenhof is located on the Lechnerberg, surrounded by meadows - and yet only a ten-minute walk from the centre of Kaprun. An ideal starting point for discovering the region and enjoying your holiday to the fullest.
In the Zell am See-Kaprun region, you can experience the diversity of the Alps over particularly short distances: the glacier experience on the Kitzsteinhorn, the impressive mountain world of the Hohe Tauern and Lake Zell with its clear waters. There are also pleasant local paths, varied excursion destinations and numerous opportunities for your summer and winter holiday in Salzburger Land.
Around the Oberlehenhof, the Hohe Tauern National Park, the Sigmund Thun Gorge, the Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road await you. In summer, the mountains and lakes invite you to hike, bike and swim. In winter, the Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe await you. From the farm, you can reach the centre of Kaprun in around ten minutes on foot, while the cable cars and many excursion destinations are only a few minutes away.
The Kitzsteinhorn offers you a glacier experience, winter sports and impressive views. At Gipfelwelt 3000 at 3,029 metres, you can enjoy viewing platforms, the National Park Gallery and unique views of the Hohe Tauern.
The Schmittenhöhe near Zell am See is a popular panoramic and family mountain. You can look forward to varied hiking trails, skiing in winter and impressive views of Lake Zell and the surrounding three-thousand-metre peaks.
Lake Zell combines nature, relaxation and active days. In summer, lidos, water sports, the lakeside path and a boat trip on the electric boat invite you to explore and relax.
The Hohe Tauern National Park is located right on Kaprun's doorstep. Waterfalls, alpine pastures, mountain lakes and marked hiking trails make the region a special experience for nature lovers and mountain enthusiasts.
The Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs impress with their high alpine location and views of the surrounding peaks. The nearby Sigmund Thun Gorge with its roaring waterfalls is also a special natural experience.
In winter, the Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe await you with varied slopes and modern cable cars. With the Ski ALPIN CARD, you have access to 3 ski areas and up to 408 kilometres of slopes.
