The 3K K-onnection enables you to directly ski-in and ski-out of Kaprun onto the glacier for the first time. Salzburg's first tri-cable gondola lift will take guests from Maiskogel straight to the Langwied area on the Kitzsteinhorn. The summit station on the Kitzsteinhorn (TOP OF SALZBURG 3,029 metres) is reached by a pearl necklace of six cable cars directly from Kaprun village centre (768 metres) via the Maiskogel. The twelve kilometre-long panoramic journey will not only be the longest continuous alignment, but  will also comfortably conquer the the largest difference in altitude in the East Alps, with it's 2,261 elevation gain. Two special Kitzstein EXPLORER cabins will surprise you with a special feature.

Kick things off directly behind our guesthouse... The meeting point for kids and beginners - the Lechnerberg, in the middle of the Kaprun village centre is THE top tip for families and beginners:  Relaxed piste pleasure on a comfortably flat slope can be found by beginners and children on the Lechnerberg in a centrally located position. The Railgarden Lechnerberg ensures all kinds of freestyle fun. The park is the ideal location for relaxed sundown sessions and provides optimal training possibilities for kids and beginners.

The hearts of snow freaks will beat even faster - dreamlike pistes with various difficulty grades offer each to his own: On the glacier plateau in Kaprun, novice skiers can find the ideal training grounds, professionals and those who want to, can test their skills on the permanent race tracks, or on the mogul pistes or push themselves to the limit on the challenging ski routes.
